Hi there. I’m Diego Marmolejo, a freelance illustrator and creative director with over 10 years of experience, based in Barcelona. My work aims to capture the attention of both adults and children, combining vibrant colors and expressive characters to create striking illustrations with a touch of humor.
Before drawing, I graduated from the faculty of psychology. A background that has influenced the way I portray emotions and visual narratives. My drawings are an astonishing mixture between minimalism and maximalism. I like to play with shapes, figures and colors. And create fun characters that make you want to hug them.
